After dealing with the order relating to Salauddin Quader Chowdhury, Advocate Tajul Islam on behalf of Golam Azam prayed for a 7 day adjournment so that they could prepare themselves.
After some interchange between the tribunal and the lawyer, the chairman said that the next date would be fixed on 19th March, 2012.

The tribunal then dealt with Molla's charge framingToday is fixed for hearing the charge matter of defence. Mr. Tajul Islam, appearing on behalf of the petitioner before the tribunal submits that- senior counsel Mr. Abdur Razzak is not present in the tribunal today and Mr. Tajul Islam is not prepared for today as he was sick. Thus he has made an application for adjournment. One adjournment petition was rejected yesterday.Mr. Zead Al Malum submits that he objected to the adjournment. He submits that it is the malafide intention of the defence to delay the process.After considering the matter in the absence of Mr. Abdur Razzak and the unpreparedness of Mr. Tajul Islam, let the matter be heard on 19th March, 2012. And after this time, no application for adjournment will be granted.
